The proposed study, on intervention of energetic riqualification among energy efficiency, conservation and sustainability of operations. The case-study proposed was applied to not listed private XX century historical building, in Enna (Sicily), characterized by the presence of mural stuccoes and painted false ceiling in the interior spaces, and a natural stone façade on outside. The current Italian laws don’t consider regulations for not listed historical building, equalized to a common building, and so, subjected to potential destructive interventions in energetic requalification operations. The case-study aim to establish a methodology that allowed to reach the maximum possible level of energy efficiency in respect of conservation of historic building, also trough the use of experimental situ method for transmittance measure of mansonries. The study have evaluated degree of transformation of different part and elements of the building, from not possible, partially possible, or possible, in relationship of its historical and artistic values. At the same time, in part interesting from interventions, have been proposed compatible, recyclable materials and techniques.

Abstract
At the same time, in part interesting from interventions, have been proposed compatible, recyclable materials and techniques.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
