Human action passes through the body. The latter is the path to a pedagogical existence, it represents the environment that allows us to reconstruct and recognize our past history, to freely choose our present and to think about the future, planning our life with aware- ness and freedom. However, this is not a spontaneous and mechan- ical process but is based on an edifying educational project that re- quires the help of an educator, a teacher, a parent. The body repre- sents, therefore, an essential and existential dimension of the hu- man person, which must be educated through pedagogy and con- cretely promoted through targeted and intensionally designed edu- cational interventions. Precisely for this reason, education through the body and movement is important from the first years of a child's life and contributes to improving the quality of life even in an inclusive perspective.
