Underground and reflected Rome, "Amor," rises upward, awakened by the noise of the construction site, and total white, the color of respect for the Public building, covers the curves of the paths, almost baroque. Or almost modern. The fluid of "Amor" to rise materializes in helical staircases fused together in linear or curved ramps. The total whiteness of the different materials physically represents and explicates the necessary care for the public thing, both by those who live it daily and by visitors.
Un luogo al centro di una capitale come Roma. Introversione come funzione. Lo spazio pubblico viene inserito ed inventato nel corpo opaco dell’edificio esistente. Come se la pianta del Nolli diventasse edificio. La Roma sotterranea e riflessa, “Amor”, sale verso l’alto, risvegliata dai rumori del cantiere, e il bianco totale, il colore del rispetto per l’edificio Pubblico, ricopre le curve dei percorsi, quasi barocche. O quasi moderne. Il fluido di “Amor” a salire si materializza in scale elicoidali fuse insieme in rampe lineari o curve. Il bianco totale dei diversi materiali rappresenta ed esplicita fisicamente la cura necessaria per la cosa pubblica, sia da parte di chi lo vive quotidianamente che dei visitatori.
