The essays contained in this volume address current issues, such as income for inclusion and citizenship, female and immigrant employment, the influence of new technologies on work. Furthermore, to look to the future without uncertainties or fears, the authors aim to reflect on the historical and cultural roots of work and its underlying values, thus highlighting that work is to be considered a fundamental human right. A section is dedicated to the changes underway in the legal professions, which constitute a manifestation of the changes underway on which the general implementation of citizens' and workers' rights depends.

Abstract
