This essay offers a reflection on a transdisciplinary project developed during a 2023 research fellowship at the University of Malta. Framed by the Mediterranean as a creative and historical archive, the project brought together literature, dance, music, and visual arts. Emphasis is placed on “blue” and “partnership” approaches inspired by decolonial thought, alongside an intersemiotic adaptation of Maltese poetry through choreography. The experience highlights how artistic collaboration can foster empathy, connection, and alternative ways of knowing in a fragmented world.

Emphasis is placed on “blue” and “partnership” approaches inspired by decolonial thought, alongside an intersemiotic adaptation of Maltese poetry through choreography. The experience highlights how artistic collaboration can foster empathy, connection, and alternative ways of knowing in a fragmented world.File in questo prodotto:
