The Lapis Satricanus as evidence of an Italic writing context in the Latium vetus?

We’ll propose a possible “Sabine” individualization of the graphical characteristics of the Lapis Satricanus. The alphabet that has been used to engrave the inscription gives evidence of some peculiarities that recall possible extra-Latin parallels. These parallels seem to show a coexistence of “non Roman” writing traditions in Rome.
