In this paper we present an experimental activity that we conducted with 10 teachers in several high school in Sicily. The activity deals with the study of some geometric loci and is based on the use of a Dynamic Geometry System on the one hand and on properties of geometric transformations on the other hand. The results of the experiment are presented.
