A new reading of the inscriptions, carved into two calcareous gravestones and located ate the Museo civico of Termini Imerese (Palermo), allows us to give a new edition of the epigraph suggesting that it is a trilingual memorial inscription that records the qā’id Peter in the Sicilian town during the Norman reign of Roger II.
